Happiness - The Final Frontier

Happiness really is the last frontier we need to conquer.
So let’s see.... what is happiness? Is your happiness different from mine?
This book will outline both the common factors for you and me, and also some very useful techniques to allow you to achieve new levels of happiness.... and stay there.
A few ideas - just give them some thought (your thoughts are all you need - your thoughts can take you to happiness or despair).
You decide on how you react to everything happening around you. It is your reaction that causes you pain. Why would you choose to lose twice? Happiness is a choice.
So don’t choose misery – there are 2 sides to every situation – look for and pick the positive... it will take practice, but it’s really worth it.
You can be happy by making your body look happy.... that’s wierd isn't it?
Well its true... if you stand up straight, shoulders back, look at everything around you, and appreciate what you see and smile - a deep meaningful smile and hold it. YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH LIGHTER and HAPPIER.
It is said that people only do things for 2 reasons - Pain or Pleasure.
If you look at situations you will see it’s true... it’s either the pleasure of the reward, love, tastes, fun, happiness, attention etc OR the avoidance of pain - either mental or physical.
With this knowledge you can start to see both why other people act in the way they do... and why you do. This will assist in both the understanding and acceptance of situations.
A key element of happiness is acceptance.
“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” Reinhold Niebuhr
There are many times when we undo our own happiness - one of the greatest ways of doing this is when we put truth in front of happiness. We need to examine truth... it is after all only our view of the world and everybody has their own truth. So why would we be so foolish to argue over the small stuff and the need to be right. Let go of pettiness it holds back happiness!
According to Professor Zinkle - being happy will extend your life by 9 years (if you were not happy why would you want those extra years anyway)!
I am writing an e-book on happiness and it will be ready very soon. In the meantime, if you really want to be happy - you can. Sometimes it is as simple as telling yourself and others a different story and really believing it. Only limiting beliefs can stand in your way. According to the law of attraction, if you are vibrationally aligned with your new story, (and I will share how to do that in the e-book) it is a natural law that something is going to happen. Soon you may find that telling your new good story is much more fun than moaning about how bad things are. You can choose to be happy NOW no matter what is going on in your life.
